How can I pay?

All payments are processed via PayPal, you can pay by card if you don’t have a PayPal account via the same link.

Which is the right product for me?

How can I amend or cancel an order?

If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as you can on either 01483 563655 or We will try our best to make any changes, but we will be unable to do so if the order is already being processed in the warehouse and/or dispatched.

Unfortunately, goods that have already been dispatched cannot be amended or redirected to an alternative delivery address.

I haven’t received an email order confirmation.

How quickly you receive our email confirmation can depend on your email provider and whether the email has been incorrectly marked as junk. Please check your junk folder. If you still do not receive a confirmation after this then please contact us on 01483 563655 or email



How much is delivery charge?

We offer a standard flat rate delivery charge £12.50 per item.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders will usually be received 3-4 working days from the day of despatch. Items will usually be despatched by 4pm on day of purchase provided the order was completed by 11am

However, the delivery times stated for products on this site assume that the stock availability information provided by our suppliers is accurate and that delivery times are not adversely affected by unforeseen events.

By placing an order, you agree not to hold Autologik Ltd liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.

Will I have to pay customs charges in my country?

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. All international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities while customs policies vary widely from country to country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance, and we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.



How can I return an item?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on 01483 563655 or email us at, to obtain authorisation in the form of a code for the return.

You have 14 days of receipt of goods, to inform us that you would like to make a return and to send the items back to us.

This is entirely at our discretion.

Any goods which you return for credit will only be accepted if they are in the original packaging and in pristine order and condition. The tamper proof sticker must be intact. Returned goods must be accompanied by documentation showing:

  • Company Name and Address
  • Our original invoice numbers
  • Reason for return

Why do I need authorisation for my return?

We require you to contact us for authorisation so that we can prepare our suppliers for the return, without this we cannot track the progress of the return or guarantee it will be processed safely and timely.

How long will my refund take?

Once we have processed the refund it will usually take 5-10 working days for the funds to show in your account. This may vary depending on your bank.
